What's Been Happening

A season of growth, challenge & grace from deep disappointments to joyful breakthroughs, the past few months at TMA have been full of movement—spiritual, practical, and deeply personal. We’ve seen young leaders rise, prayers answered, and the everyday rhythm of life at the base continue with remarkable faith and grace. Here’s a glimpse into what God has been doing in and through the TMA family across Uganda.

Weekly Ministry

Despite every challenge, our weekly rhythms have remained steady and Spirit-led:

  • Wednesday Prayer Altar – Themes like Love, Trust, and Restoration have shaped our shared intercession and personal renewal.

  • Thursday Outreach – Our teams bring God’s Word to children across multiple centres, using play, song, and storytelling to help truth take root.

  • Saturday Fellowship – With themes like Moses & the Exodus and Jesus the Good Shepherd, this time of worship, teaching, and joy is a highlight for many.

  • Discipleship Evangelism Classes – Our students recently sat their exams with great results! Several Level 3 students are now teaching others, passing on what they’ve learned in identity, love, stewardship, and more. We’re watching young hearts not only learn—but lead.

Clean Water for the Community in Kagere

We are thrilled to share that the borehole for the community in Kagere is now fully functional and in use. It was officially opened by the village elders and is now serving households across the area. This is a huge answer to prayer.

For many families, it means that even as we prepare to fence off our land and begin using our own borehole exclusively for the farm, the community will not lose access to clean water.

40 Days of Prayer & Fasting

Throughout March and early April, all youth and adults committed to 40 days of prayer and fasting. It wasn’t easy, especially with school, ministry, and base life continuing as normal, but the fruit was real.

Together, we:

• Grew in unity

• Deepened our dependence on God

• Found renewed focus and purpose

• Broke fasts in fellowship, laughter, and worship

Though physically tiring, it brought deep spiritual strength and we carry that into all that comes next.
