TMA Monthly Update

Looking back on the achievements of February and March:

As March draws to a close, we are filled with gratitude and excitement as we reflect on the impactful moments and achievements of the past two months. Your unwavering support continues to inspire us and drive our mission forward. Here are some highlights from February and March:

Successful Appointment of Office Manager

We are thrilled to announce the successful appointment of Dorothy as our new office manager. Dorothy brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise, and we are confident that she will soon be able to whip the office and our administrative processes into shape! We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who supported us during this transition, and we look forward to the positive impact Dorothy will make on our ministry.

Successful Mission Visit from YWAM Mexico

February brought us the joy of hosting a mission visit from ‘Youth With A Mission – Mexico’, who spent a week engaging in outreach activities in our local area. Their presence was a blessing to our community, and we are grateful for the meaningful relationships formed and the lives touched during their time with us. We extend our deepest thanks to the team from YWAM Mexico for their dedication and commitment to serving others.

Fantastic A-Level Results for Charles, Jimmy, and Shakira

We are delighted to share the fantastic news of outstanding A-Level results for Charles, Jimmy, and Shakira. Their hard work, determination, and dedication have been rewarded with success, and we offer them our heartfelt congratulations. As they embark on the next chapter of their academic journey, we pray for their continued success and trust that their places at university will be secured, opening doors to endless possibilities.

WiFi Installation at TMA

We are really excited to announce the installation of WiFi at TMA, marking a significant milestone for our ministry. This development ensures more reliable access to the internet, presenting previously inaccessible opportunities for learning, communication, and resource access for both our team and the children. We are profoundly grateful for this achievement, recognising its transformative potential for our community.

Restoration of Water Supply

We are pleased to announce that National Water has fixed our water supply issue. After a long wait, we now have access to both hot and cold water at the base. This improvement has been eagerly awaited and will significantly enhance the comfort and convenience of everyone at the base.

Inclusion of TMA as Charis Bible college discipleship centre

We are delighted to announce that our Discipleship Centre at TMA has been officially added as one of the Charis Bible College designated locations in Uganda on Andrew Wommack Ministries website. This recognition provides TMA with a significantly larger platform, being acknowledged by one of the largest Bible teaching ministries worldwide. We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity and believe it will further amplify our mission and impact in the community.

Looking towards April:

As we eagerly await the arrival of April, we are filled with anticipation for the opportunities and blessings that lie ahead. Here are some exciting prospects we are looking forward to:

Financial Needs and Prayers:

We continue to rely on God's provision for several pressing needs, including the purchase of a computer for essential administrative tasks, urgent chapel roof repair, and ongoing facility improvements. Your prayers and support are essential as we seek to address these challenges and create a safe, functional, and conducive environment for our ministry activities.

Supporting a School in Kagere:

We have recently become involved with a school near our farm in Kagere and are eager to support them by providing enough porridge to ensure every child can have lunch each day. Currently, the school is unable to provide enough for all the children in attendance and so many of them are going without each day.  We are looking to raise £50 each month for the school to be able to provide sufficient porridge for each child.  Your generosity will help alleviate hunger and improve the learning environment for these children.

Financial Stability and Monthly Support:

We are praying for individuals to open their hearts to the call of the Holy Spirit and support TMA financially on a monthly basis. The monthly £200 commitment to running the ministry is having a significant impact on the few individuals who are currently shouldering it, which we fear is not sustainable.  Your consistent support is crucial for sustaining our operations and fulfilling our mission.

Agricultural Initiatives at the Farm:

We have exciting plans to begin planting cassava and sweet potato at our farm in Kagere. To facilitate this, we need to build accommodation for a permanent farm manager and ensure proper management of the land. We trust in God's provision to make this vision a reality.

Sharing the Word of God at Lugazi Model Primary School:

We aspire to start visiting Lugazi Model Primary School on the last Friday of each month to share the Word of God with the students. Through this outreach, we hope to inspire and encourage young hearts to grow in faith and knowledge of God's love.
