About us
True Mercy Africa is a Christian-based charity making huge impact among children and their families in In Uganda – by providing education, healthcare, welfare, food and clothing to kids from the poorest and most vulnerable families.
We are a small charity that makes a big difference where it really matters. As we are managed by volunteers our overheads are tiny so most of the money raised goes directly to those people who need it. You can help us make a difference to peoples' lives today so please take a few minutes to look at our website and help in any way you can.
Our Mission
Extend holistic care, love and support to destitute children, their care givers and communities in Uganda.

Identify the individual needs of the vulnerable children and families in the local community.

Provide social support to vulnerable children, women and families so they can live a sustainable life.
Provide food, clothing, basic shelter and a safe house where people care.
Enable children to escape poverty by offering the opportunity to access formal education, vocational and life skills.
Our Story
TMA hopes to share the love of God in a practical way with those who need it most. Young people and some not so young take part in sponsored events, barbecues and fun nights to raise money to support the worthwhile causes.
All support is welcome no matter how young or old you are.
We are encouraging you to take up that challenge and get the people involved in your area.
